SYR Mediaworks is looking for a dynamic, confident, and result-oriented Sales & Client Servicing Executive who can manage client relationships, generate new business opportunities, coordinate campaign execution, and ensure excellent client satisfaction.

About The Role

SYR Mediaworks is looking for a motivated and result-driven Sales & Client Servicing Executive who can generate new business opportunities, build strong client relationships, coordinate with internal teams, and ensure successful campaign execution. The ideal candidate should be comfortable handling both sales and client servicing responsibilities while contributing to overall business growth.

Business Development

Generate new business opportunities through outbound and inbound sales activities.

Client Relationship

Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and key decision-makers.

Campaign Coordination

Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth campaign execution and client satisfaction.

Revenue Growth

Achieve sales targets, retain clients, and contribute to business expansion.

  • Key Responsibilities

    • Identify and generate new business opportunities.
    • Reach out to potential clients through calls, emails, LinkedIn, and networking.
    • Schedule meetings and sales presentations with prospective clients.
    • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
    • Build strong client relationships and ensure client retention.
    • Coordinate with internal teams for smooth project execution.
    • Handle client concerns and ensure excellent service quality.

    Required Skills

    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
    • Strong sales, negotiation, and persuasion abilities.
    • Client relationship management experience.
    • Professional presentation and interpersonal skills.
    • Good follow-up and coordination skills.
    • Good understanding of Digital Marketing, Advertising, or Media Services.
    • Proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, and PowerPoint.
    • Ability to work under targets and deadlines.

    Eligibility

    • 2–5 Years of Sales, Business Development, or Client Servicing experience.
    • Experience in Affiliate Marketing, Media Agency industry preferred.
    • Strong communication and client handling skills.
    • Proven track record of achieving targets is preferred.
    • Freshers are not eligible.
    • Immediate joiners preferred.
