Role Overview
We are looking for a Senior Affiliate Manager who can onboard affiliates, execute performance campaigns, and scale revenue. This role is highly execution-focused and ideal for someone driven by growth, ownership, and results.
Key Responsibilities
- Onboard new affiliates and build a strong India-focused affiliate network
- Manage and scale campaigns across CPA, CPL, CPS, and CPR models
- Identify high-performing affiliates and scale their performance
- Monitor campaign performance and optimize for ROI and volume
- Negotiate payouts and maintain long-term affiliate relationships
- Analyze campaign data to identify winning strategies and growth opportunities
- Coordinate with internal teams for seamless campaign execution
Requirements
- 1+ years of experience in affiliate or performance marketing
- Strong understanding of CPA, CPL, CPS, and CPR models
- Ability to onboard and manage affiliates independently
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Strong analytical mindset with data-driven decision-making ability
- Understanding of Indian traffic sources and user behavior
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment

- Existing affiliate network
- Experience in scaling campaigns from scratch
- Exposure to multiple verticals (Finance, Gaming, E-commerce, etc.)

Work Details
- Location: Indore (Onsite Role)
- Working Days: Monday to Saturday
