Role Overview
We are looking for a Senior Affiliate Manager who can onboard affiliates, run performance campaigns, and scale revenue. This role is completely focused on execution, growth, and results.
Key Responsibilities
- Onboard new affiliates and build a strong affiliate network (India-focused)
- Manage and scale campaigns across CPA, CPL, CPS, and CPR models
- Identify high-performing affiliates and scale them
- Monitor campaign performance and optimize for ROI and volume
- Negotiate payouts and maintain strong affiliate relationships
- Analyze data to identify winning campaigns and growth opportunities
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth campaign execution
Requirements
- Experience in affiliate or performance marketing
- Strong understanding of CPA, CPL, CPS, CPR models
- Ability to onboard and manage affiliates
- Good communication and negotiation skills
- Strong analytical mindset and decision-making ability
- Understanding of Indian traffic and user behavior
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
